*How to place an order on FoodAno?
  • Open your FoodAno app.

  • Tap in the "Search Bar" for your desired food items or restaurants. 

  • Or you may also pick from the suggested restaurants near your area, which will be visible on your screen.

  • Then add the menu from the list to your cart.

  • Next, go to your cart.

  • You can add additional information if you want with your order/s.

  • Scroll down and add a promo code if you are eligible for any.

  • Scroll down and select the delivery method.

  • Scroll down further and check your address. You can make changes regarding your details, if you want to.

  • Then select your payment method.

  • Tap on "confirm order" to confirm your order and it's all done. We will make our best effort to deliver the food to you as soon as possible.


*Can I call FoodAno to place an order?

Yes you can make a phone call to get instructions to place an order.


*Are all foods/restaurants on FoodAno hygienic and authentic?

Yes, FoodAno offers hygienic and authentic foods from their restaurant partners. You may also see each restaurant's ratings from the restaurant information. And if you ever have any problem with any delivered food, you can instantly call the FoodAno customer service number at 09613 900 900. Because we’ll always be there for you!!


*How to check order status & contact rider?

You can check your order status from the app or by calling the rider. 


*How to place an order by using Card?

You can place an order by using a card by following these steps below:


  • Select “Online Payment” from the payment method section.

  • Then input your card details.

  • Input the payable amount.

  • Pay and then your order will be confirmed.
